Frequently asked questions

To get an exact quote, simply fill out our online request form or text/WhatsApp your property address and desired package to our team. Because every property is unique in layout and size, our team reviews your request and sends over a customized quote within the hour.

We recommend booking 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. However, if you have an urgent listing launch, contact us—we always accommodate same-week and next-day bookings whenever schedule slots permit.

Standard photos, floor plans, and single-property website assets are delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of the shoot completing. Social media reels, cinematic video tours, and Matterport 3D processing are delivered within 24 to 48 hours depending on project scope.

We closely monitor local GTA weather forecasts. If severe weather or heavy rain prevents safe outdoor shooting or drone flights, we will reschedule your shoot at no extra charge. For overcast gray days, every photo edit includes a complimentary Blue Sky Guarantee—ensuring your exterior media displays a bright sky on MLS and social channels.

All assets are delivered through an online client portal link sent directly to your email. From there, you can download high-resolution photos for marketing print materials alongside web-optimized versions sized for MLS and social media platforms.

All our base package rates cover properties up to 2,500 sq ft. When you submit your property address, our team reviews the square footage and applies size adjustments (+$100 for 2,501–3,500 sq ft; +$200 for 3,501–5,000 sq ft) directly on your upfront quote before confirming the shoot.

Each Listing Credit covers our core media bundle (HDR Photos + Aerial Drone Stills + 2D Floor Plan) for properties up to 2,500 sq ft. Our team manages your credit balance internally and updates your remaining account total after each shoot is confirmed.

Properties over 2,500 sq ft follow our simple Credit Multiplier rule:

• 2,501 – 5,000 sq ft: Consumes 1.5 Credits (or 1 Credit + a flat $125 Member Upgrade Fee).
• 5,001 – 7,500 sq ft: Consumes 2 Credits.

Our team will confirm your preferred option (deducting partial credits or paying the upgrade fee) when your shoot request is submitted.

Unused listing credits roll over for up to 30 days into your next billing cycle, giving you flexibility during natural seasonal real estate shifts.
